• Aebleskiver pancakes
• Picking raspberries out of grandma's backyard
• Licking the sugar snowflakes (tree ornaments) she crocheted then stiffened with sugar
• A freezer full of treats
• "It's a cinch by the inch, but hard by the yard."
• "Wear it out; make it do; or go without."

Easter

Happy Birthday Jed!

This year for Jed's 26th birthday we celebrated by having a fiesta. Complete with two kinds of enchiladas, two cakes and the best part, a pinata. Everyone got to take a swing and I think the big "kids" enjoyed it more than the little ones.

Dream Home

Here is our new house! How do you like it? We will be building it in the year 2080, after Jara has collected our life insurance and life savings and is the ruler of the world.

Jed and I went to the Parade of Homes in St. George last weekend and have been dreaming of infinity edge pools and five car garages ever since. We saw some home features that only rich, lazy people need. My favorite are as follows:

A mini-fridge in your walk-in closet

A putting green (Jara really liked the flags)

A four poster bed by your pool

3 flat screen tv's on one wall

We also saw things that every home lender should give you for free when you commit to paying a monthly payment for the rest of your life.

A rock waterfall seperating your bath tub from your shower

Showers built like carwashes

A playroom for your children where everything is tot size

Infinity edge pools

Revolving bookcase doors

Boy Scouts

Since we have moved into the Logandale 4th ward Jed and I have been the Webelos leaders. Well after ten months of ten, ten year-olds, (is that strange to anyone else) we have been released. Jara has loved being a boy scout and can lead the boys in the motto, she stands in front of them and waves her hands, and she is also very good at ripping the covers off of any unattended scout handbooks.

I don't know who is torturing who.
